Worx Redefines Versatility with Unique Leafjet Blower Design

Worx sought to deliver the most wanted features in a leaf blower. Worx’s solution is the Nitro 40V Leafjetblower. Though it looks a bit unorthodox, the design combines an inline brushless motor and variable air control nozzle to bring you a dual-function blower that’s the most powerful blower Worx has ever offered.

What is Worx saying about the Leafjet blower?

WORX Nitro 40V Leafjetblower is designed to provide both high velocity (mph), and high air volume to move leaves. The variable air control can be moved forward or backwards by homeowners to choose the function that suits their conditions.

What’s the Big Deal?

Worx’s Leafjet Blower design is what we consider the biggest deal. It may look strange, but Worx claims this design allows it to pump out maximum 620 cubic feet per minute of air volume, and at a speed up of 165 mph. The inline brushless motor runs on two 20V batteries that are connected in series at fortyV. Even with the batteries attached, this keeps the weight of the Worx Leafjet Blower to less than 7 lbs.

Worx Leafjet Blower functions differently from other blowers currently on the market. By pressing the orange release key on the tube, and then sliding the variable air control knob forward or backwards, you can choose between high speed and high volume air modes. High-speed mode is ideal for removing leaves and debris from thicker areas. The high-volume mode is ideal for clearing large areas and hardscapes.

Worx designed the Leafjet Blower with the D-handle to make it more comfortable for longer periods of time. Worx also included rubberized grips on the handle. Worx also placed the speed control dial at hand for quick power adjustments. The handle has a turbo button that allows you to take advantage of the Leafjet’s maximum power.

The Worx Nitro 40V Power Share Leafjet Blower comes in one of two configurations. As a bare tool, you can pick it up for $199.99. The kit can be purchased for $20 less ($219.99). The latter seems like the better value proposition for this tool. Two 4.0Ah batteries are included, as well as a 4A dual-charger. Worx backs the blower with a 5-year guarantee.
